Real Packer Fans Know

Romeo Doubs is Going to Be a STAR     In case you people aren't aware, the number one wide receiver in Green Bay isn't going to be Christian Watson...it's going to be Romeo Doubs.    Doubs was slowly turning into the Packers number one option over Allen Lazard as a rookie. Over the course of a 6 game stretch he accrued 41 targets from Aaron Rodgers. Doubs' routing running, ball security, and humble mindset is what I think separates him from the others in the receiver room.      The Packers have had a number of non-first rounders who have grown into excellent receiving options such as Davante Adams (2nd round), Randall Cobb (2nd Round), Greg Jennings (2nd Round), James Jones (3rd Round), etc.     The point I'm trying to make is Green Bay isn't stupid when it comes to these draft picks. Green Bay is never a top free agent destination so the front office has to work with what they got. Identifying game-changing talent is what Green Bay does and has continued to do

  Is Jordan Love THE GUY? Well Dan Katz certainly hopes not, and the rest of the NFC North should feel the same way too.  Jordan Love has been under the wing of an NFL MVP 2 out of his 3 seasons in Green Bay whose name happens to be Aaron Rodgers.  As a 21 year old kid who grew up with ARod at the helm in Green Bay I couldn't imagine a better situation for Love. Aaron was definitely pissed when JLo got drafted (As to why he had two MVP seasons) but at least he embraced Love in the QB room.  In plenty of interviews we saw Aaron give Love praise and wish him nothing but the best. Drafting your replacement has gotta be the biggest ego check. especially if you're a stud like ARod. But I'd rather be in this position than signing Mike Glennon for 3 years on a $45 million dollar deal.  Yuck, even typing that up made me sick. Do I expect Jordan Love to replicate what Aaron has done during his time in Green Bay? Absolutely not, if we get an average Jordan Love who can run Matt Lafle

Welcome to the first post of the blog! For starters, the name is Frenchy, I'm a born and bred cheesehead right here in the state of Wisconsin. As far as the reason for the blog goes it's simple, I love the Packers. I've been a fan since I was a child and I stuck to my roots. So adding one wide receiver who for Justin Fields to work with is gonna fix is 140 ypg average?
